Shipping & Returns

Conditions for Return and Refund of newly delivered items: 

1.) Notice of Claims for defective items or incorrect delivery must be made in writing with full supporting explanation and documentation within three (3) business days of collection or delivery. 

If the Customer does not make such a claim within three (3) business days of collection or delivery: 

a.) the Customer shall be deemed to have accepted the condition and correctness of the Goods; and 

b.) the Customer is barred for disputing the delivery or condition of the items and is deemed to have accepted liability for those Goods in accordance with these Terms.

2.) Where we have agreed to replace or refund any items after receiving the above notice of claim (whether defective or not), you must within one (1) week: 

a.) pack the Products in their original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation or registration shipped or supplied with the items;  

b.) return the item/s to Blue Sun Group either in-store, or via courier in their original condition, where original condition means the goods have not sustained any damage and have not been fitted or installed; and 

c.) assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore advise you take out shipment insurance with your postal carrier. Blue Sun Group will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit. 

d.) pay the freight and other cost of returning the items. Reimbursement of freight charges will only be done once the items are received (in original condition as stated in ‘b’ above), and tested and deemed defective by our technician(s). 

3.) If, upon inspection, Blue Sun Group agrees that the goods are defective, or, at its absolute discretion, agrees to accept the goods, Blue Sun Group may issue a replacement of the products, or a direct refund of the amount (including freight charges as stated in ‘d’ above), or through a credit memo that can be offseted against future orders. Any freight or delivery costs paid on the original order is non-refundable. 

4.) If by any unfortunate event, we have accidentally sent you the wrong item, the incorrect product can be returned to us, and you must within one (1) week: 

a.) pack the items in their original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation or registration shipped or supplied with the items. 

b.) and upon receipt by us of the returned goods in original condition, we will process the refund including freight charges. 

5.) You are not entitled to receive a refund or replacement, where Products have been damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the items in a manner not authorised by Blue Sun Group. All Products must be returned in their original condition.

Please fill all details and email your GRA to support@bluesungroup.com.au to acquire a Return Authorisation Number. When returning goods to BSG please enclose a completed copy of this form and a copy of the original invoice.
